Text updates from your service pro

Kepline answers calls around the clock for local home-service businesses, including plumbers, HVAC companies, and electricians. When you call one of them, the business can text your appointment details and updates. Sign up below, or give permission when the receptionist asks during your call.

What you'll receive

• When you book a job, we send its date and arrival window.
• We may send changes or reminders about your scheduled visit.
• If you call and cannot get through, we may send a short reply to help you schedule service.

Message frequency varies, typically one or two messages per service request. This program never sends marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply.

You can also consent by phone

When you book a job by phone with a Kepline-powered business, the receptionist asks for permission before sending a text:

"Is it okay if I text you a confirmation and any updates about this? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime to opt out."

We send texts only to callers who say yes. Texts are optional and never required to receive service.

Managing your messages

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We check opt-outs before every send.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@keplinehq.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
