Terms of Service

Service is month-to-month; cancel anytime. On cancellation, all client and caller data is wiped with written confirmation.
Plans include up to 1,000 AI minutes per month; usage beyond that is billed at $0.15/min or by plan upgrade.
Kepline's liability is capped at fees paid. No guarantee of accuracy or uninterrupted uptime is made.
Calls are disclosed as recorded in every greeting ("This call may be recorded for quality").
Client warrants consent for transactional SMS to its customers (TCPA); all caller-facing texts honor STOP.

SMS Messaging Program — Kepline Notifications

Kepline Notifications sends transactional text messages on behalf of local service businesses: missed-call follow-ups, appointment and booking confirmations, and — for business owners — call summaries and urgent job alerts.
Message frequency varies by activity; typically 1–2 messages per service request. This program does not send marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time — opted-out numbers are suppressed before every send.
