Terms of Service

Service runs month to month, and you may cancel at any time. When you cancel, we delete all client and caller data and provide written confirmation.
Each plan includes up to 1,000 AI minutes per month. Additional usage costs $0.15 per minute unless the client upgrades its plan.
Kepline caps its liability at the fees paid. We do not guarantee accuracy or uninterrupted uptime.
Every greeting tells callers that the call may be recorded: "This call may be recorded for quality."
The client warrants that it has consent to send transactional SMS to its customers under the TCPA. All caller-facing texts honor STOP.

Kepline Notifications SMS program

Kepline Notifications sends transactional text messages for local service businesses. Callers may receive missed-call follow-ups and appointment or booking confirmations. Business owners may receive call summaries and urgent job alerts.
Message frequency varies by activity, typically one or two messages per service request. This program does not send marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We suppress opted-out numbers before every send.
Consent is never required. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of booking a job, receiving service, or completing any purchase. You may decline and still be served exactly the same.
No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We never share mobile opt-in data or consent with a third party. We disclose phone numbers only to the telephony carrier that delivers requested messages on our behalf.
