Kepline ("we") provides AI-powered call answering services for businesses. We collect call recordings, transcripts, and booking details solely to operate the service for our business clients. Calls are disclosed as recorded. We do not sell personal data. Calendar access is used only to check availability and create appointments at the client's direction. For text messaging, we collect the caller's phone number, name, and service request details solely to send transactional notifications (missed-call follow-ups, booking confirmations, and owner alerts); this information is never shared with third parties and never used for marketing purposes. Text-message opt-outs (STOP) are honored before every send.
