Kepline ("we" and "us") is an AI call answering and booking service for home-service businesses. INFINITYEDGE LLC owns and operates Kepline (infinityedgetech.com). This policy describes the information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.
We handle data for two groups:
We process this data as a service provider to our business clients. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. A business owner connects it through Google's standard OAuth consent screen. We request only the access needed to run the booking feature:
How we use Google data: only to check availability and write the business's own job appointments. We never sell Google user data, use it for advertising or user profiles, or share it with third parties except as needed to provide this feature.
Limited Use commitment. Kepline's use of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our use of raw or derived data received from Workspace APIs will also follow that policy. We do not use, transfer, or sell raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived Google user data to create, train, fine-tune, or improve any foundational or generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
A business owner can disconnect Kepline at any time through myaccount.google.com/permissions or by contacting us. We stop calendar access immediately and delete the stored authorization credentials. Appointments already written to the calendar remain under the owner's control.
Kepline uses AI to answer and summarize calls. These providers process data for the service:
We use these providers through paid commercial API plans. Under those commercial terms, the providers do not use customer data submitted through their APIs to train their models. Kepline does not use customer data, caller data, or Google user data to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine learning model.
We keep call recordings, transcripts, and booking records while the business client's account is active because they are the client's business records. A business client may ask us to delete any or all of its data at any time. After an account ends, we delete all client and caller data within 30 days and provide written confirmation on request. We delete Google authorization credentials immediately when the calendar is disconnected or the account ends.
For SMS, we collect the caller's phone number, name, and service request details only to send transactional notifications. These messages include missed-call follow-ups, booking confirmations, and alerts to the business owner.
Consent to receive texts is never required to receive service or complete a booking. No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We never share mobile opt-in data or consent with a third party. We disclose phone numbers only to the telephony carrier that delivers requested messages on our behalf.
You may decline texts and receive the same service. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; we record opt-outs and check them before every send. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See our messaging terms.
Kepline records and transcribes answered calls to create summaries for the business owner. At the start of each call, Kepline tells the caller that the call may be recorded.
